Results have been recently reported of yet another study confirming the positive effect of SODIS on health. The article has been released in the prestigious publication "Environmental Science and Technology" (Environ. Sci. Technol., DOI: 10.1021/es2018835). It shows that children in families using SODIS experienced 50% less incidence of diarrhea and grew considerably more than children in families not using SODIS. This is the first study based not only in reported rates of diarrhea (which are subjective) but also in the actual size of the children.
